Hosting and server log files

This website and its email mailbox are hosted by:

When you visit the website, the server automatically stores information transmitted by your browser in so-called server log files. These are:

• IP address of the requesting device
• date and time of access
• page or file requested and amount of data transferred
• HTTP status code
• referrer URL (the previously visited page)
• browser and operating system used

This data is not combined with other data sources. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free presentation, stability and security of the website (e.g. to fend off attacks).

The log files are automatically deleted or anonymised after [Speicherdauer laut ALL-INKL prüfen, z. B. 7 Tagen].

A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with ALL-INKL.COM. It ensures that ALL-INKL.COM processes the data only on my instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser’s address bar. Data you send via this website — for example through the contact form — cannot be read by third parties. Form data is also sent to my mailbox over an encrypted connection.

Contact form and email

Contact form

If you send me an enquiry via the contact form, the following details are processed:

• name
• email address
• project type
• budget (optional)
• your message

The details are used solely to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The form sends the data as an email to my mailbox at ALL-INKL.COM; it is not additionally stored in a database. Technical error logs of the form contain only status and time, never the content of your message.

Email

If you email me directly, I process your email address, the information you provide and the message’s metadata for the same purpose.

Legal basis and retention

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or to pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on my legitimate interest in handling enquiries effectively (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your data remains in my mailbox until the purpose of storage no longer applies — usually once your enquiry has been fully dealt with — or until you request its deletion. If a contract is concluded, business-relevant correspondence and documents are kept for the statutory retention periods (up to ten years under German commercial and tax law) and deleted afterwards. Your data is not passed on to third parties.

Spam protection

To protect the contact form against automated spam, I use only my own measures without any third-party services:

• a field invisible to humans (“honeypot”) that only bots fill in,
• a time check of whether the form was submitted unusually quickly,
• ALTCHA, a proof-of-work check: your browser solves a small computational task locally, and my server verifies the result. No data is transferred to third parties and no cookies are set.

To limit the number of submissions (rate limiting), your IP address is not stored in plain text but only as an irreversible hash, which is deleted automatically after 24 hours.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in protecting the form and my mailbox against abuse.

Fonts

The fonts used on this website are stored on and loaded from my own server. No connection is made to servers of Google or any other third party.

Cookies, analytics and tracking

This website does not use cookies and does not store any information on your device. No analytics, tracking or marketing tools are used, and no social media plugins or third-party content are embedded. A cookie banner is therefore not required.

Your rights

Within the scope of the law, you have the right at any time to:

• access to the data I hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
• rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
• erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR),
• restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
• objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR).
